Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Come be our guest.

The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Dogs are welcome w/ deposit and will enjoy the spacious fully fenced back yard, and your group will love the safe, friendly neighborhood.

We are 30 mins from Historic downtown Savannah.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Have a fire out back in the old molasses pit or in the outdoor wood burning stove upstairs on the deck.
