Appartement de famille de 92 m2 , terrasse vue sur lac Piscine chauffée . Plage privée , baignade dans lac Parking et garage pour vélos . Mis en location quand mes enfants ne l’occupent pas. Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes

Hier kan je genieten van een rustig verblijf aan het mooiste strand van Nederland, op 200m van de zee. Het is er zalig wandelen (vb natuurgebied Verdronken Zwarte Polder) en fietsen langs luxe fietspaden. Kinderen kunnen volop ravotten in de speeltuin of op het strand. Honger of dorst ? Geniet van de leuke strandpaviljoens met zicht op zee. Ga op ontdekking langs pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt (Groede, Retranchement, ..). Je logeert op 15 km van Knokke en Sluis.

Lovely family house with 4 guest bedrooms

Pleasant property for families with children, near the center. There is ample free parking(4/5 cars), close to all kinds of shops, bakery/butcher, supermarkets, park with a playground. And all this at walking distance from the local lake. And also from the train that runs to the beach in Zeebrugge in summer. All indoor toys for children (Lego, puzzles, games) and outdoor toys (go-cart, trampoline, table tennis/air hockey and table football) are available.

Nice home 400m from the beach. All comfort available, such as TV and Wifi. Cozy living room with large windows giving access to the terrace for the summer or with the wood stove burning in the winter. Spacious bedrooms with all a sink. In addition, a shower room and a bathroom with bath / shower. Spacious kitchen for a quick snack or to cook gastronomic, and a spacious basement where everything can be stored. Enjoy!

Kom tot rust in ons knus appartement vlakbij het strand, je kunt de zee zien! Het is hedendaags gerenoveerd en gezellig ingericht. Het heeft een rustige ligging; toch zijn winkels, bakker, slager...allemaal op wandelafstand. Tramhalte in de buurt. Ons appartement is geschikt voor koppels en gezinnen (met kinderen). Parkeren is meestal mogelijk vlak voor de deur.
