Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en induktionsplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta nybyggda (2023) boende om ca 30 kvm med en generös enskild altan. Här bor du nära naturen med närhet till både skog och hav och det är endast 250 meter till badplatsen. Affär finns 10 minuter bort med bil. Huset har alla bekvämligheter och har en smakfull inredning. På sovloftet finns en skön resårmadrass, 160 cm bred. Matplats för 4 personer och en bäddsoffa av hög kvalité som med ett enkelt grepp förvandlas till en komfortabel säng 160 cm bred.

The property size and location gives a level of privacy almost like a private island, but with regular ferry access daily! The house was finished in 2008, so all facilities are modern. Highlights include outdoor jacuzzi, fireplace, BBQ, annex house on the beach and real WC – a luxury on these islands. Private jetty with spacious lounge furniture offers relaxing days by the water when weather allows.

Cosy little house by the sea close to Stockholm

Cosy little house on large property only 300m from a small sandy beach and 30 min drive into central Stockholm. You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen and bathroom and all-year-round isolation and heating. Continuously updated and partly new furniture in 2022. Come stay in the archipelago but enjoy the convenience of being on the mainland!
