A new & modern apartment next to water. I myself live in the apartment and rent it out when I am on a business trip or traveling. There is a big balcony with grill and chairs with table for breakfast. Nordhavn is a new and modern area in Copenhagen. There is an area for swimming, sun bathing and even floating sauna. 300meters to a metro stop (Orientkaj stop). It takes 10min to the city center by metro and 15min by bicycle.
