Hytteidyll 35 min fra Oslo ved Mjærvann. Koselig hytte med fantastisk beliggenhet, med privat sandstrand, båt med elmotor og brygge. Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, også båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor og kano. Det er en landgrunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. Noen meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Det er bygget helt ny flytebrygge. Ny weber gassgrill. Gode fiskemuligheter. Det er mye gjedde, mort og abbor. TVen er tilkoblet Viasat parabol

Koselig hus, landlig og nær sjøen - barnevennlig.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Kort vei til Brevik’en marina med servering. Kun 20 minutter til Sarpsborg sentrum, til Gamlebyen i Fredrikstad og Halden og 25 minutter til Strømstad.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Enjoy your vacation in a top modern cabin close to nature only a 40 minute drive to Oslo city centre (30 min to Tusenfryd). The cabin is stacked with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, private sauna, outdoor fireplace, heat pump, air con, hi-fi equipment, fireplace, baby cot, chairs etc. Please note there is a 100 meter walk from the parking.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Gjestesengen kan slåes ut på gulvet og er 90x200cm. Velg mellom elektrisk oppblåsbar madrass eller feltseng. Kjøkken med det meste av utstyr. Dusjkabinett på bad. Stor sydvendt terrasse med paviljong og utemøbler. Fint sted til en hyggelig pris.
