Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

Inside our home you are greeted by tasteful decor, a convenient gas fireplace, two full baths, two bedrooms sleeping six, and a dining area with ample seating. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare a meal, or a short walk to many eateries.

ON the Salmon River! - Unit A

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
