Our house is situated on the beautiful, and sometimes dramatic Otago Peninsula. It is a ten minute drive from the Dunedin CBD and enjoys a rural aspect but has the advantage of being close to the city. It’s a large family home that I Deborah share with my husband Alistair. We would like the opportunity to share our house with travelers, but also earn extra income to travel more ourselves. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of our local surrounds, attractions and restaurants. We offer two separate bedrooms available for Airbnb guests, which share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. To ensure privacy and comfort, the rooms are only rented together if the guests are part of the same group (i.e. friends or family). Otherwise, you'll have the bathroom to yourself. Please note: The total price depends on the number of people and on the number of rooms rented. Prices may vary slightly depending on demand—current rates will always be shown on the Airbnb calendar. If you would like multiple rooms, you first book Bedroom 1, which has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 1 is provided when you select your dates on Airbnb. Only after you have booked Bedroom 1, can Bedroom 2 be added to your reservation. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 2 is NZ$120/night. To rent this room, simply include a message requesting it, when you book Bedroom 1. We will then update your reservation to include the price of both rooms. We also include a continental breakfast and barista-made coffee for all guests. Please note we live in the house.

You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. An elopement wedding? I can do that too!

The Little Red School House Bed & Breakfast

Get back to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet of our country getaway in the historic "Little Red School House", just 30 minutes inland from Oamaru. Our B & B is located on our 940 hectare family farm which we run sheep and beef cattle on. The farm is situated over 400m above sea level so has panoramic country views. An early morning or evening walk is amazing for taking in the sunrise or sunset. We are happy to pick up people travelling on the Alps to Ocean Trial. Breakfast included.

We have 2 one bedroom units for rent they sit on 25 acres of farm land with beauitful views looking over bluff/Invercargill. 15 mins drive to Invercargill & 5 min drive to Bluff. You can rent one or both units the units has being newly built with double-glazing it is warm, sunny, clean & very quiet with everything you need for your stay. The units also come with room service every day, the units come with free complimentary continental breakfast, tea/coffee,water, milk, drink and biscuits.

In a beautiful central location for lots of adventures and memories, our family sheep farm only 10 minutes away from the town of Winton, our farmhouse has a private bedroom awaiting you with your own private bathroom and own lounge with tv, or join the family in the family lounge. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need.
