Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bdrms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths w/a Queen size sofa sleeper. A/C throughout. GREAT LOCATION!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.
