Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

È composto da ingresso, salotto, due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina, due bagni e da un terrazzo attrezzato (70 mt) al livello della cucina, da cui si gode della vista del campanile e del quartiere antico.
