Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

This is a winter sports dream spot. Cozy and easy, located on 20 acres with state trails right outside property. Located on edge of snow belt where lake effect plays huge in snowfall. 30 minutes from most major ski resorts. Truck and trailer parking on site. This is owners guest quarters over winter. If needed I am happy to show you around area and trail systems. Basic amenities are included. Beautiful spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

Enjoy the lake right outside the front door in the summer with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, paddle boats and plenty of floating devices. 10 mins drive to downtown Gaylord, to enjoy the cute shops and restaurants. Also Otsego ski resort for winter sports, dining and golf.
