Nation House at Marshland Farms, is a Ranch style home in country setting. 2 miles from Rock Chalk Park and Sports Pavilion. 2 miles from West Lawrence city limits via 40 highway. Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

King bed plus Daybed coverts to twins or another king!

Home Away From Home-3 bedroom 2 bath retreat

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. We do allow pets, but there is an extra charge, depending on length of stay, how many animals, etc. Please let me know right away, if you are bringing an animal, and we can discuss details.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play. There is a charming train that runs the backside of the property making for a unique and fun backdrop. A fantastic dog friendly brewery is within walking distance.

This home is within walking distance to downtown, parks, the library, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, The University of Kansas and the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. This location offers a mix of community charm, cultural richness, and access to various amenities and events. Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

The Carriage House in East Lawrence

This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Be aware before booking! You must acknowledge & agree to the house rules when booking!
