This condo has two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four by way of a king bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Our cozy Oregon coast cottage is located 10 minutes north of Newport and 10 minutes south of Depoe Bay by beautiful Beverly Beach State Park. Tucked into a private quiet neighborhood, the house is a 2 min. drive to the beach. Built in 2007, the house features all the modern comforts and amenities one expects and it doesn't smell moldy! We've made every effort to think of all the little things that will make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

Seal Rock Perch Getaway

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The oceanfront Devil’s Punchbowl Park is only two blocks away, and provides direct access to the beach via a wooden staircase. The Otter Rock Marine Reserve is next to the house down a path to beautiful tide-pools

SPRING SPECIAL! April 16th-May8th Nestled between the ocean and the forest, our Airbnb offers a peaceful getaway on the Oregon Coast. It's quiet and private, yet just a short drive to shops and restaurants. Adjacent to our home, guests have a private entrance and backyard, along with an outdoor area facing the ocean with a fire pit to relax and watch the sunset.
