This lovely 2 story cottage with a private deck off the upstairs bedroom is a great place to enjoy the coast. The beach is a few walking blocks from the cottage. The cottage is suited for a family or couples getaway. There is a great open living room to sit by the fire and watch a movie (TV for streaming only), with adjoining dining area to enjoy a meal or playing board games. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor yard games. New fast Nest router connects to smart speaker, thermostat and TV.

It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
