Suwanerenity

Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Let it sink in!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A total of 10 acres of rural beauty, filled with much quiet and teaming with wildlife. This property is also 5-10 min away from the nearest boat ramp with a private dock to hold any watercrafts plus all the amenities you would need.

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful place to stay. The property is in quiet neighborhood off the beaten path with beautiful moss-laden oaks. There is a path that winds through the 4.5 acres. See pictures for more amenities. The home is 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Master has King Sleep Number bed. Second bedroom/Sitting room has Full size futon.
