The cottage has period appropriate furnishings with all the modern amenities! This historic property is located on a quiet street near an elementary school. California is a great location. We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

Whether you are here for the Fair, passing thru on the trail/highway, or are a contract worker, come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Our Cabin is only 1 mile from the Katy Trail, only 20 minutes to the Missouri state fairgrounds and only 89 miles to Kansas City We have room for trailer parking. Unwind and relax with beautiful country scenery. This beautiful cabin is located close to the private home however, facing into the beauty of the surrounding trees and privacy is not an issue. My husband and I are full time concessionaires. With that, there is equipment and food stands visible when you arrive. please enjoy the silo

Oak Valley Retreat

Spacious 2 bedroom earth contact house on 22 wooded acres. Relax at this quiet country retreat. Hike the trails or sit under the huge trees and enjoy nature. The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

Farm House

Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. and 15 minutes to off Road Loop 2 The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay. No TV but do have WIFI.

Ms. Ada’s House

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

The Highland Bin at Haywire Acres, Highland Cows

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Home built in 2021 with all amenities you could want. Spacious living areas, great for families or groups - private baths for each bedroom and plenty of dining and outdoor space for fun and entertainment. Outdoor fire pits on the point and patio. A very unique property sitting on a point with incredible views onto the main channel two directions. Great set up for swimming, fishing, or hanging out watching games on the dock. 2.5 hours from KC, wifi all around the property.

Eagle Crest Treehouse on Private Lake

Wake up to the sounds of nature on the deck of this 1.5 story tree house, while taking in the scenic views of our private lake. Enjoy 2 miles of hiking trails, or Unwind at the end of the day by relaxing beside the fire pit or lounging in the hammock. * Please note this property is off grid, water is gravity fed. No running water 11-1 to Mid March, We do not have air conditioning, or refrigerators. * Property is adult only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted

Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
