Ruralna kuća za odmor "Marija"

Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

A kicsiny, ám történelméről híres Szigetvár szőlőhegyének lankáin nyújtózó Hajnal Apartman meghitt szobái, mosolygó gyümölcsfái, a masszázsmedence csobogó vize az év minden napján tárt karokkal várja vendégeit. Kikapcsolódás, feltöltődés, csend és nyugalom. A hangzatos szavak ezen a vidéken valódi tartalommal telnek meg. Akkor sem fogtok unatkozni, ha másra is vágytok: séta Szigetváron a középkori eredetű főtéren, vártúra, gyógyfürdő, pécsi városnézés, villányi borkóstolás, túrázás, horgászás...

A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? A Kuckó, Balaton-felvidéken, közvetlen a Kéktúra útvonalán, festői környezetben, szőlővel körülvett területen helyezkedik el, kis Családi Borházunk felső szintjén, amely saját termesztésű szőlőből készíti "természet adta" borait (kostoló a hűtőben). A környéken számos látnivaló, strand és túralehetőség fedezhető fel. A hűtő-fűtő légkondicionálónak és az elektromos fűtőtesteknek köszönhetően télen is élvezhetitek a csodás panorámát, vagy a rengeteg látnivalót a környéken. Szeretettel várunk!

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Small cottage by the woods

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
