This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
