It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. Nice elongated front porch with peaceful overlook of ponds. Entire house to yourself. Not only will your stay be 'in the air' but Breakfast will be included in your stay(if desired). One full couch, tv, indoor fireplace, one bunk bed & everything accommodable for your stay is here!

Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

This is a true tiny house just a few minutes from beautiful Lake Hamilton! The cabin is about 375sq ft. with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft. Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.
