Het comfortable studio-appartement bevindt zich in het centrum van Alphen op de begane grond aan de Rijn. De studio is ingericht in een huiselijke stijl met moderne kenmerken, er is een smart- tv en een goed uitgeruste keuken om zelf maaltijden te bereiden. De badkamer heeft een douch toilet en wasmachine. Er is een mooi scala van lunchrooms restaurants en winkels en theater in de directe omgeving. Bus (470)gaat naar luchthaven Schiphol en het trein en busstation is op 8 minuten loop afstand.

Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €7,50 per day.

Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs.
