Top Floor 2 Bed Sunny Loft - Right off Main Street

Our top floor condo is an oasis in the middle of everything. Its well located just 1 block off main street (Colorado Ave), a 3-min walk to the ski resort (Chair 7), steps away from two of the best restaurants in town (There Bar and Siam) and on the same block as the grocery store. There's a ski locker on the ground level, indoor parking (first come, first serve), an awesome lobby with a fireplace and deck with hot tub, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is our favorite location in Telluride.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

In Town Studio - Quality, Comfort and Value!

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, etc. Please see photos for what is provided.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. The Sutton Suite is just what you've been looking for during your stay in Ouray. This cozy suite is located in The Emilia Guesthouse on Main Street, just blocks from trailheads, shops, restaurants and breweries. Only a 3/4 mile walk or drive to the renowned Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Your host, Jen, is knowledgable about the area and can give you all the pointers you need to live like a local during your stay in Ouray.

Best location in Telluride! Close to Everything!

Telluride License #00020. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. On the river and river trail. On a quiet dead end street, yet across the street from restaurants. Only 200 yards to two ski lifts. Hiking trails right outside the door. Close to town park and all the festivals. No need for a car at this unit. Skiing, hiking, food, shops, festivals, all within easy walking distance.
