This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

My property is near Oporto; Of Santa Maria da Feira; Espinho and the Spa of Caldas de São Jorge. Here you can visit parks (Lourosa Zoo, Quinta de Santo Inácio, ...), beautiful landscapes (beaches, Serra da Freita, ...), the art and culture of Oporto, the castle and the city of Santa Maria da Feira , The beaches of Espinho and the city of São João da Madeira, and good restaurants and meals. My space suits couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children).

Porto 1870 Garden House

Porto 1870 Garden House is located in a Century building recently refurbished in the center of Porto, on one of the city's most charateristic streets, Rua do Almada, right next to the main avenue of Porto, Avenida dos Aliados, within short walking distance of major attractions. It has a beautiful private garden. Private parking is possible, necessary ask if is available (it is paid and reservation is needed).

Casa do Mercado - Aveiro most photographed house!

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Quinta dos Moinhos

Amazing house with two floors and privileged views over the Douro river. The accesses are paved in Portuguese sidewalk and interconnect the diverse constructions existing in the property, allowing the easy access to all the places until the riverside. It is located 30 minutes away from the Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport and the city center of Porto.

Studio Cais

Studio Cais is located on the riverside, in a quiet and tradicional old area and close to the pier. 10 minutes walk from the most important wine cellars, 15 min to the sea, this extremely calm and cozy studio is the perfect home away from home. A fusion of contemporary and traditional Portuguese design for practical yet stylish living.
