Welcome to the Cox-Dean Family Cabin near beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of 17 acres of undeveloped land from the comfort of an updated and well-equipped log cabin. Features 3 bedrooms, a loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a board game closet, charcoal grill, a smart TV and fiber/gig speed internet. Central heat/air and city water/sewer. **NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES AS OF JULY 2025** NOTE: We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services.

Dale Hollow Lake Cabin

The Dale Hollow Lake Cabin is a place where you can relax, have fun, and enjoy nature to the fullest! This sprawling cabin can comfortably sleep 10, and is equipped with two full bathrooms along with a spacious kitchen and living areas. One of my favorite things about this space is the wrap around deck and hot tub. It also has a fire pit area simply waiting for you to come roast some s’mores and burgers. This cabin is walking distance to the East Port Marina and The Fishers Place restaurant.

Wildlife, peacefulness, and tranquility meet modern amenities in this new (2020) concrete log home!

Minutes off I-40, exit 290. Easy trip to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

2BR Near I 40 close to TN Tech

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy all Cookeville and Algood have to offer! Just a couple of miles to Tennessee Tech.
