Our little cottage is centrally-located. It is nussled back in a quiet location but close enough to the heart of Boise. Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Enjoy the convinence of your private patio and entrance way, public park nearby, close parking spot and a low cost uber ride to the airport. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.
