This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.
