Blending style with a big dose of ingenuity results in something truly quite magical at the Hayloft. Clever craftsmanship meets re-worn wood-meets-concrete in this modern rustic creation. While there's a simple and understated essence to the design, no element of luxury has been compromised; from the spacious king size bed and Scottish linen sofa to the rain shower and copper roll top bath. Situated in the pretty Cotswolds village of Barton on the Heath less than hour and half drive from London.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

A stunning converted stable from the 1700s, set in the picturesque village of Brill, Buckinghamshire, known for its restored windmill. This spacious hideaway, retaining original stable dividers, exudes charm with an inviting, open layout. Inside, find a cosy living room, reading room, dining area, large kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The property offers three bedrooms sleeping six: two singles, one double, and a king bed. Enjoy full access to a private garden and parking.

Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

The farm is ideally situated for short walks around the farm or longer walks around the local countryside. 10 mins from the M40.

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
