Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. Fully wheelchair accessible & with private parking this unique property is the perfect place for a few days away walking in the nearby Chilterns, exploring Oxford’s Colleges & Cafes, visiting Art & Literary Fairs or attending appointments at Oxford’s many leading hospitals.

Shepherds hut on beautiful farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Apple Tree Cottage is a refurbished two bedroom cosy cottage with a separate large shower room, set in a peaceful countryside setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views, and situated between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village and Oxford close by. Ideal for weekends, short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer.

The Artist's Studio ~ Thames Path stay near Oxford

The Artist's Studio is a unique space that provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural escape and remote working alike. A recently renovated painter's studio, the accommodation offers free wifi, a smart tv, a log burner for the winter months, a dedicated parking area and private entrance. It lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles (15 minutes) from Oxford city centre.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
