The condo is 6km away from City Centre,800 m off the tarmac road. It is also near to the famous beach (Coco 4Km) and prime area Oysterbay. It is a cozy house for families and friends. There is a mini-supermarket in the twin building within the compound at the 1st floor for your basic necessities. Note: You will have free 20mbps unlimited WIFI during your stay and electricity worth TZ shillings 50,000. If you finish electricity before you check out, you will have to top it up by contacting me.

Bus stop is just outside the house 2mins walking distance, Makumbusho bus terminal where busses to everywhere in the city are available is about 15mins walking distance or 5 mins if you take bus or taxi for the house. Also house is very close to historical place in Tanzania called Village Museum (Makumbusho).
