Our seafront home offers a peaceful garden, a relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location close to the beaches, Sığacık ,the ancient city of Teos, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use.Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets provided.Air condition available.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

House on the waves

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Her türlü hava durumuna göre yaz kış bu alandan faydalanabilirsiniz. Evimiz 3 oda 1 salon ve açık mutfaktan oluşmaktadır. Yatak odasında ebeveyn banyosu bulunmaktadır ve komple deniz manzaralıdır. Zemin İtalyan mermer olup, yerden ısıtmalıdır.
