In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Può ospitare 2 persone. Parcheggio auto libero nel vialetto sotto casa.

"Casa Ciuri Ciuri" è una piccola abitazione sicula di vecchia costruzione, fedele alle caratteristiche e alla storia del luogo. È stata ristrutturata di recente. È adatta a una coppia o a una famiglia di 3 o 4 persone in cerca di un ambiente raccolto e accogliente. Il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 5 minuti, dista solo 300 metri.
