Villas Del Sol is a newly remodeled home 400 steps from the beach, which has two bed rooms and one bath, a full kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bed room has two twin size bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room . There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking .

Comfortable beach condo right on the water in beautiful Pacific Beach. Building is secure and includes a pool & jacuzzi right outside your front door. Unit is on the ground floor and is all one level. (Please be aware that there are a few steps up to the complex front doors. There is no wheelchair ramp.) Upgraded kitchen & bath with all amenities - The air conditioner is portable and only available from May 1st to October 31st.
