A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

O meu espaço fica perto da Torre/estância de esqui (cerca de 15 min). A casa fica numa aldeia de montanha, a 1100 m de altitude, sendo considerada a aldeia mais alta de Portugal - Sabugueiro. No raio de 10 km tem várias lagoas e praias fluviais, p.ex, o Vale do Rossim e Lagoa Comprida, Loriga e a praia da própria aldeia. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.
