We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Beautifully decorated and updated this first floor one bedroom condominium is walking distance to the beach. Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, go fishing at the Packery Channel Jetties or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. Open for lunch and dinner head over to The Boat House Bar & Grill for some great views, food, fun and drinks. Cart rentals within walking distance.

Newly remodeled 1st floor end unit with new furniture. One of the closest to the beach condos, 2 minute walk to beach. We are super hosts for another unit in the complex. Guaranteed to be absolutely sparkling clean. Park at front door. Nice pool & gazebo. Pets allowed with no deposit or size limit.No charge extra per person. We provide extra pillows & blankets . We supply Keurig coffee pods and assorted tea bags. Body wash , shampoo, & conditioner. Washer/Dryer. Filtered water. We live nearby!

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. Howdy! Our vacation beach king bed suite is on the north Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. We are right on the canal and ground floor. No steps! Enjoy fishing from our private back porch and shared fishing docks. Beautiful water view at the updated Swimming pool and hot tub. One king bed in the bedroom, Daybed with a trundle & one queen sofa bed in the living room. Close to the beach and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Come and enjoy this beach paradise.

Relax on Padre Island in our fully remodeled studio condo after a day of fishing or at the beach! Our condo is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the salt air and sea.
