Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED!
