Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Enjoy the best parts of the country as close as you can get to the city . I designed and built my home as a lodge retreat after returning to my hometown following a career abroad. I love sharing it with nice people. Enjoy the view on the porch looking out on green Kentucky pastures. Your well-behaved house trained dog is welcome but please note you must indicate in your booking request that you plan to bring one! The backyard is fenced with gate access to the large wrap around front porch.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
