Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό τριώροφο σπίτι, που θυμίζει πυργόσπιτο. Βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα, με απεριόριστη θέα, με δυνατότητα για μπάνιο, ψάρεμα αλλά και καταδύσεις στο περίφημο ναυάγιο "Καλή τύχη". Κεντρικό, με εύκολη πρόσβαση και λίγα μέτρα από τις ταβέρνες του χωριού. Παράθυρα από 4 πλευρές. Διαθέτει εσωτερική ξύλινη σκάλα, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διακοσμημένο με παραδοσιακό στυλ.
