"Little Bear's Condo" is a clean, quiet, modern dog friendly condo. The Condo is centrally located, on the golf course with beautiful mountain views. The convenient location means coffee, grocery stores, and downtown are just minutes away. Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. There is a $50/pet/stay fee

An upscale Townhome with Amazing Views is impeccably remodeled from top to bottom with high-end finishes. It is very close to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, Walmart, and shopping. There are walking paths and lakes for fishing. It is minutes from Hiking, Biking, Golfing, the relaxing downtown Hot Springs, Skiing at Wolf Creek, Off-Road excursions in Pagosa’s many scenic trails and nearby Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center includes workout equipment, pool, hot tub, & gym for $20 a day.
