Relax in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Our recently redecorated, well appointed 2 bed apartments are centrally located (100m) from Paihia’s best swimming beach. Park undercover in a lock up garage and walk to the main amenities. It is an 800m stroll along the waterfront to the wharf and Paihia village with a large selection of restaurants and shops. Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.

DoLittle Cottage on organic citrus orchard

This charming, very private, self-contained cottage is set in the middle of our organic citrus orchard, just 5 km outside of Kerikeri. Quiet, very spacious grounds, pool, friendly animals and everything you need to relax and explore the area. It's full insulation, double glazed windows, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make it the perfect base to explore all the beautiful sights the Bay of Island has to offer.
