The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
