Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Bright and airy two-bedroomed caravan with decking and patio area. Very quiet and in a corner spot next to woodland, close to marina, lovely secluded walks. Restaurant and bar within minutes walk. Gym, pool and sauna on site (details provided if requested). Beach is 10 minute drive or can access public transport just outside park. Theme park and wildlife park nearby Numerous bars and restaurants and places of interest. Train station within walking distance.

No83 is a modern and contemporary Chalet, fully equipped and located in the heart of Oulton Broad; perfect for a family holiday! Broadlands Park & Marina offers a peaceful setting on the picturesque Oulton Broad. No83 is just metres away from the Marina's leisure facilities and the on-site bar and restaurant, and is a five minute walk from Nicholas Everitt Park; a great location with The Everitt Park Café, children's playground, and an open space for dog walking.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Beautiful Suffolk Seaside Home, amazing sea views

For the last couple of years we've only had friends and family staying here but are so excited to be able to share our lovely Suffolk Seaside home with others. I spent my childhood summers on Lowestoft beach with my family and we love staying here. The house is a classic Victorian terrace with beautiful proportions, 3 floors o sea views and now a stunning modern interior following our major project in 2018. I hope you love it as much as we do.

Situated in the lovely Broadlands Holiday Park and Marina in Oulton Broad, with access to gym, heated swimming pool and delightful club house and restaurant (small fees apply). In walking distance of South Oulton Broad Railway Station, Everritts Park and Carlton Marshes. Beautiful views from enclosed veranda at front which is Pet friendly for smaller animals and alfresco dining.

Modern cosy accommodation close to Southwold

Meadowside Lodge is situated in our grounds and offers peace and privacy with an enclosed garden and patio. Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly
