Modern house in Monciškės, a short walk from a quiet, wide sandy beach - less crowded than central Palanga. The house is bright and comfortable: - two bedrooms - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - washing machine - living area with TV + BT Speaker - balcony + private terrace - private terrace with lounge chairs and BBQ. Nearby – a calm beach with a volleyball court, the main coastal bike path (easy access to Palanga & Šventoji), a restaurant and a kite school, and Palanga ~15 min by car.

Villa is located on the sea shore of Baltic sea. Quiet location is perfect for relaxation and serenity. You will be able to enjoy spacious private yard with beach volleyball pitch, swings, terrace and hammock. Just take a few steps over a dune and you will find yourself on a wild beach. Furniture inside the villa is hand-made, carved and painted uniquely. If you are lucky, you might get visitors from the forest: foxes and roe-deers :). One fox enjoys to steal "crocs" if they are left outside :).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for relaxed holidays for couples or family. You will have all you need - free private parking spots for 2 cars next to Villa, barbecue place, terrace with outdoor furniture, heated community pool with private sunbeds, etc. You may also use bike for your joyful ride. Also only 10-15 min walk through the forest to the beach and on your way you will have biggest children playing ground.

Calm place to stay with family or friends couples. Outside you will be free to use Terasa, barbecue and hear a natural sound of the sea and pine forest smell. You can relax and your kids can play inside of our garden. You can use bikes, in 20 min you can get to centre of Palanga by nice bike rode with View to the sea.
