Our quaint little hut is off the beaten road and off-the-grid, nestled on a hill overlooking the West Philippine Sea, between a private cove and a public beach. It is some 40-minute drive from the airport, with a spectacular view along the way. Our home may be small but it is a complete house - with toilet and bath, kitchen, a queen size bed, a desk, and a porch that serves as a dining area too. We call our place Serenity, as it simply exudes peace and tranquility.

The YELLOW HOUSE is a free-standing studio-type house in a quiet neighborhood in Sta. Monica, but not far from the city center. At the end of a small private road it is indeed a sanctuary of peace. Only 20 minutes from the airport, it is readily accessible even by public transportation. The YELLOW HOUSE is a modern, minimalist, well-ventilated house. It is ideal for up to one or two adults with one or two children who are looking for some quiet time.
