Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. Stay on a 100-acre riverfront ranch

The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).
