Easy Living is a beachy newly renovated condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, nestled between the intercoastal water and the magnificent Clearwater beach! Located a very short walk to the beach (less than 2 blocks) and across the street from a park. The Clearwater Beach Rec Pool is another short two minute walk from the condo! The condominium is quiet area yet, it is within walking distance to practically everything in town, including the beach, many restaurants, bars, Pier 60, & the marina!

Innisbrook Condo 1st Floor next to Island Course

Host is picking up the 14.1-16.5 Airnbn service fees. Innisbrook Gated Golf Resort we have a 1st floor Condo w/walk-out patio. Close to beaches with family activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, etc. *Please be advised that the amenities; pools, tennis, golf are only available to owners w/ membership and not guests of AirBnb unless a member is with you. Bars/Restaurants are open to airbnb.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Amazing views on beachfront

This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each of them with their own ensuite bathroom, in total 3 1/2 bathrooms, also a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍
