All the amenities of the Broad Creek Recreation Center including an indoor and outdoor pool, miniature golf (with fee), bike rentals, kayak rentals, pickleball, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball courts, gym, sauna and hot tub are included with your rental. The condo is within walking distance to the clubhouse and golf course.

Come enjoy our relaxing water front cottage on Broad Creek! We have a new private dock where you can tie up your boat and a ramp right beside property. We have two kayaks that you may use during your stay. This is a great location only 5 miles to Oriental and just 30 miles to visit New Bern. We have a 50 inch Roku TV in living room. Fiber Internet is available during your stay. Two bedrooms each have queen beds and a pull out couch in the living room. Our cottage sleeps 6.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
