Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and activities! This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups. We have washers and dryers per unit. We provide beach gear, board games, corn hole, & a putting green for family fun. The fenced courtyard is a shared space & we provide a private fenced areas in the back.
