Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Direkt am lebhaften Antonplatz in Weissensee befindet sich das Appartement über dem Kino Toni im 1. Stock. Die Straßenbahn ist vor der Tür - so dass man in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz ist. Supermärkte, Drogerien, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartement ideal, für drei Personen bequem. Es ist modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Lang- oder Kurzurlaub braucht.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Coach House with a little garden

Die Remise ist 1875 erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach der Nutzung für Fuhrwerke, Pferde und Kühe war eine Marmorwerkstatt dort zuhause, dann eine Schlosserei und später ein Künstleratelier. Direkt davor schaut man in den kleinen Hofgarten.
