Charming Studio for two in the very heart of Rome, located in the characteristic and picturesque Piazza Lancellotti, well known for being calm and secluded from city traffic. The Studio is in the historic Lancellotti palace's former stables, that date back to 1600. From the bright window you have a view of the antique Lancellotti Palace just in front, with its exquisite old frescoes on the high ceilings you can spot beyond fascinating shutters. The noble Lancellotti family still leaves in the Palazzo. Bright, tastefully furnished, and uniquely designed, the Studio features exquisite finishes, including precious marbles. Strategically situated on the ground floor, full of light, it's offering a refined and welcoming environment with a blend of prestigious materials and contemporary design. The exceptional location provides an easy and comfortable pit stop during sightseeing. You won’t have any need to take public transport around the city or to go back home at the end of the day. This is such a comfortable way to spend some days in Rome! The space includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a nice living with two comfortable sofas, a suspended large double bed, a stylish small study corner, and a finely finished bathroom. Nuovissimo appartamento-Loft in pieno centro, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Luminoso, in una via tranquilla della città. A piedi gran parte dei monumenti storici: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Fontana di Trevi (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de’ Fiori (6 min), p.zza Venezia (12 min), p.zza Navona (8 min). Garage a pagamento a 30 metri. Non aspettiamo altro che ospitarvi con molto piacere, per rendere il più possibile il vostro soggiorno confortevole e pieno di bei ricordi!.

un loft di 80 mq con due finestre , una in cucina e l'altra nell’ open space, dove dei divisori dividono camere e soggiorno. Tra campo de fiori , piazza Navona e Trastevere in un palazzo storico accanto alla chiesa di santa Barbara, .E' al piano terra in un area pedonale e non è in un condominio. E' molto indicato per le famiglie o amici perché per dei vincoli storici le pareti non arrivano al soffitto, ma offrono comunque la privacy. In centro ,ma silenzioso. CIR ( 058091-ALT-00514)

L’appartamento è in un palazzo storico, i mobili sono antichi ma i servizi moderni, appena rifatti. Un posto incantevole dove poter vivere il meglio di Roma.
