If you'd like to discover an authentic part of Malta and at the same time stay in a traditional townhouse full of charm and with a pool then look no further! Our place is located in a quiet street leading to the main square in Paola (Raħal Ġdid) with free parking outside and close to all amenities. Buses going directly to Valletta, the Three Cities and the airport pass frequently close by. The house is just a couple of minutes away on foot from the Hypogeum and the Tarxien Temples. This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.

Driftwood is a 4-storey, traditional Maltese house, located in the square of Kalkara, beside the steps of the local church, in the proximity of the well sought, Three Cities. You'll enjoy the rooftop all to yourself, with deckchairs, a BBQ and a great view of the harbour and the bastions. The bus stop is just outside your door, as well as coffee shops, bakeries and take-away places. Top-notch restaurants at the Birgu Seafront and the Rinella beach are also withing walking distance.

The Grand Harbour Vista is a bright and airy apartment that frames a breath-taking view, on Malta's capital Valletta and one of the most historically significant harbours in the Mediterranean. Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite, each with either queen sized or two single beds. There is also a fold-down sofa bed suitable for a teenager or agile adult. Fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0638).

The house compromises of 3 bedrooms with air condition, a private pool with 6m long and 4m wide which has a Jacuzzi and swim jet, BBQ area, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious kitchen / living /dining rooms, 2 washing machines, a large roof. Free wifi is also available. The house is close to shops, public transport, open market, chemist, banks.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
