‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Welcome to our holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A double studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom, a mini kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Papamoa Country Cottage

Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets, Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, with native Tui and Wood pigeon etc around, The cottage is adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Only minutes driving away from the hustle and bustle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui etc. (Will consider 5 guests on inquiry)

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

BEACH RETREAT ON RANGE 4 MINS WALK TO THE BEACH

Great Location to beautiful Papamoa beach 4 minutes walk to the WATERS EDGE .renovated, modern well equipped , 2 bedroom open plan home, Tea & coffee , shops within 5 min drive. A great place for a break/holiday, soak up the sun on the lovely north facing decks. Restaurant and bar 12 mins walk. Lots of things to do in the area fishing, swimming , walks etc Mt Maunganui , take a short drive down to the mount, walk the base track or up the mount.

Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Papamoa Beach Abode

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
