Hidden Gem is an updated classic 3 bedroom home nestled in a sunny oasis on Oceanview Road where you can relax after a day at the beach, a walk up the Mount Track or a great meal at on of many excellent local restaurants. Enjoy the outdoor shower with hot water after a day at the beach. The bright open plan living, with large bi-fold doors flows seamlessly onto the deck, perfect for those warm summer evenings. Kick off your shoes, soak up the sun and fire up the BBQ to enjoy chill kiwi living!

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Kingfisher cottage -outdoor bath, fire, sauna

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

Dogs welcome with plenty of room to run around in the private, fully-fenced backyard. Fully stocked home with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Property has one off-street carpark for guest use, with plenty more on-street parking available.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

A perfect location - handy walking distance to everything. So close to the beach and to Bayfair mall. Shopping, cinema and restaurants just a 5 minute stroll away. Baywave wave pool/spa/gym 2 minutes by car or a 5 minute walk. Your family or group will be at the centre of everything, when you stay at this comfortable and spotless home. Featuring a lovely big deck in a private, quiet garden setting which is fully fenced. There is off street parking and is pet friendly.

Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.
